While Eating Salt With Them: The Eucharist in the Acts of the Apostles beautifully outlines the inspired vision of Luke in his Gospel and the Acts. Eugene LaVerdiere carefully and lovingly explains the nature of the early Church community in its relationship to the Eucharist and its sense of mission in proclaiming the Risen Lord to the world.
