Increasing Children's Self Esteem Through Music focuses on simple and effective meditation techniques that can benefit the child in each one of us. In a particular way, however, music has the power to heal and fill with courage our children and those we try to guide and teach. From preschool through adolesence Dr. Riley shows how music can be used to help the young deal with their fears and know that they are loved by God.

Sr. Carole Riley, C.P. Ph.D. is a member of the Sisters of Divine Providence community and a part-time staff member at the Cenacle Retreat House in Charleston, West Virginia, and at Mercy Hospital School of Nursing in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where she teaches spirituality.
