Short books, powerful stories: Four titles have been released in the "Short Lives of Saints" series from Alba House. They are the types of books that younger folks can remember reading in religious education classes and literature racks in the back of churches in the 1970s. At a length of 32 pages, reading one doesn't take a lot of time, but they are packed full of information, and offer interesting stories for middle school readers and up.
